The corona crisis has led to great uncertainty among companies and investors. A bad time to raise venture capital for new business ideas? On the contrary, says Vera Futorjanski (LEAD Ventures, Dubai). She thinks that the current situation offers extraordinary opportunity in various business areas, some of which may drive valuable impact for society, e.g. food-tech and health-tech. Vera Futorjanski is a highly experienced innovation and ecosystem expert, with a track record of over 7 years in venture capital and venture building. She is interviewed by PE-Magazin-author Eva-Juliane Stark, a Berlin-based attorney at law, founder, business angel and initiator of the women-empowerment network “Venture Ladies”.
